Shah Amanat Bridge or Third Karnafuli Bridge is the third bridge built over the river Karnafuli. The construction work of this bridge started on 6 August 2006 and was completed in 2011. The bridge over the Karnafuli River, which originates from the Lusai Hills and flows through the commercial capital of Bangladesh, is known as the "Third Bridge of Karnafuli" but its official name is "Shah Amanat Bridge".

The length of Shah Amanat Bridge or 3rd Karnafuli Bridge is 950 meters and width is 24.40 meters.

Computerized controlled toll is collected on this bridge. The construction work of this bridge was completed in less than four years.
